Quotes and payment
Every project is quoted in writing before work begins. Starting prices on the Services page are minimums; final pricing depends on scope. A deposit may be required to schedule work, with the balance due at launch or delivery.
Revisions and scope
Collaborative revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests that materially expand the scope are quoted separately before we proceed.
Ownership
Once the final balance is paid, you own the delivered design files and webpage. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment processors, and notification services are provided by third parties under their own terms and fees. We help you set them up in accounts you control.
